    •    Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour: If you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time, you will receive a full refund.

    •    No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours: If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour, the booking is non-refundable.

Cancellations by Us

In rare cases, we may need to cancel a tour due to insufficient bookings (for group tours), extreme weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel a tour for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
